Mothers in Hungary benefit from different tax allowances in 2025. These tax allowances apply to the income of the mother, some can be split together with the spouse, for some only the mother's are entitled to.

The family tax allowance in Hungary has a three tier increase. Starting 1st of July 2025, the second tier of increased family tax allowance can be requested by the eligible families.
