HR in startups has a more important role than it looks at the first glance. As all the teams are concentrated on the development of the products and services, they often times do not have time to look into the HR related activities. This on long term can hinder their activity, form not having time searching for the right candidates up until the existing employees needs are not met in a fast growing and busy environment.
